Zap2it is usually right about these things, and the description for I, Monster seems legit; although he's not directly mentioned, all signs point to the debut of Rat King. I still have my doubts about New Girl in Town, since the exact same description was leaked onto Wikipedia and it seemed suspicious immediately. If it's true, the female ninja Leo meets will most likely be Karai. No summary about The Alien Agenda yet, but it has to involve the Kraang. We'll know for sure when the air date gets closer.

How do you know it's Miwa? There's no name in the title of "New Girl in Town". Just because Karai's name is in the title of a later episode doesn't mean she can't make her debut earlier in the season. For example, Xever made his debut in "New Friend, Old Enemy," not in "Never Say Xever".

Miwa probably won't be the villain there. "I, Monster" is a title that's been used in the comics and the 2003 show for Rat King's debut. Plus, Rat King has the power to control rats, which would explain how he could take over Splinter's mind.
